Online purchase return policy

We will gladly exchange or refund most items that you have purchased online within 10 days of the receipt of your order *. Products and their original packaging must be returned intact and returns must include, if applicable: the blank warranty cards, manuals and UPC code as well as any other items or accessories supplied by the manufacturer and promotional items offered at the time of sale. L.L. Lozeau reserves the right to refuse any return if the terms and conditions of the Online Return Policy are not met along with the right to apply the manufacturer's warranty.

How do I return an online purchase by mail ? 

To return an online purchase by mail, please use the Return Form on our website. One of our specialists will review your request and issue the MA (Return merchandise authorization) that you will receive by email. The item must be returned to us within 5 days of the issuance of the RMA.

Please note that shipping and handling charges will not be refunded unless the merchandise is defective or L.L. Lozeau is at fault. In such cases the merchandise must be returned by mail only. Please contact our Orders Department at 514-274-6577 for more information.

Once we have received the parcel and confirmed that the returned item meets our terms and conditions, we will issue a refund to the credit card used to make the purchase. You will be notified by email when this occurs, but expect a delay before the refund appears on your credit card statement. Refunds cannot be given directly in store.

How do I return an online purchase in store ? 

Go to the store within 12 days of the date of purchase invoice, a copy of the order or the packging slip. The amount of the return will be refunded within 3 working days depending on the payment method used.

L.L. Lozeau is unable to offer any refunds or exchanges on certain professional products (broadcast video equipment, cameras, drones & DJI products, lenses and professional studio equipment) due to their nature and value. NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES ARE GIVEN ON: unwrapped items, gift cards, headphones, microphones, instant cameras, perishable items, unwrapped hard drives and software, refrigerated photo papers, sunglasses, chemical products, film, bulbs, batteries, demo items, products marked as “final sale” and/or “no exchange or refund,” special orders, liquidation or discontinued items, and delivery charges.

All items must be new and in their original packaging. L.L. Lozeau reserves the right to refuse any return if the terms and conditions of the Return Policy are not met and to apply the manufacturer's warranty.

Terms and conditions of refund payments: Items will be refunded using the original payment method. However, items costing more than $300.00 and paid for in cash will be refunded by cheque within five (5) working days. You must present the purchase receipt in order to receive a refund. If you do not have the receipt, you will receive a gift card instead. If you paid for an item using a credit or debit card, you must present this card as well to obtain your refund. You may be asked to provide ID and contact information.

Price adjustments: Price adjustments are only offered in-store within 10 days of the purchase date, for items that are not on final sale or in liquidation. The terms and conditions of this In-store Purchase Return Policy may be modified without notice.
